Silky, subtle and  balance. The fruit is refreshing while knowing how to stay dry.  Aromas of green peach, apple and lime zest, with hints of mineral and juniper berry.

VINIFICATION
Grapes from the plateau of Alijó where the soil is granite and transient. After the harvest, the wine ages 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in used French oak barrels.
